With years of experience building custom homes, we are here to help when it comes to the decision making process. We partner with clients and their builders, to help with everything from lighting placement and selection, to custom cabinetry and hardware. Typically following, we work with the client on furniture and accessory selection for a turn-key experience. 

For clients who want to refresh their homes, but aren't looking to do an entire renovation we often do an update. This may include painting/wallpapering a room and adding new furniture, art, accessories, lighting, etc. Our updates make homes feel current without the need for invasive renovations. We take care of all the ordering, receiving, and installation, making the process fun and stress-free for our clients.

We take pride in our expertise in renovations of all sizes, from small bathroom updates to complete remodels. At LDI, we work strategically to blend the old with the new, making selections that preserve the integrity of the home. We communicate with our clients and collaborate closely with contractors to ensure a seamless process from conception to completion.

Partnering with builders and collaborating on new construction projects is something we have a lot of experience in. From lighting to tile, we offer elevated selections that are tailored to a given budget and kept in an organized fashion that is useful for working with prospective buyers.
